As a Journeyman Plumber at 1 Tom Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering an excellent customer experience for both commercial and residential services. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in their workmanship and values teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Work on residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reports
- Use company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly
- Follow safety procedures and best practices at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in MN
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
What We Offer
- $43-$47/ hour + Service Commission ($90,000- $125,000 annually)

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
