Our brand-new 1 Tom Plumber South Minneapolis franchise is officially open and we're building a powerhouse team from the ground up. As a Journeyman Plumber with 1 Tom Plumber, you’ll be handling:
- Residential and commercial plumbing service calls
- Drain cleaning and water heater installation
- Leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture installation, and more
- Emergency and same-day plumbing solutions (rotating on-call schedule)
What We’re Looking For
- Active Journeyman Plumber license Minneapolis/St. Paul MN
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
- $40-50/ hour based on experience and licensing + Commission on jobs serviced
